I'm back! Redoing the lineage thing, and massively redesigning some Blackbirds, I think.

SO, this winter vacation, I was conned into a job! For you americans, you will be thinking, WHAT? ARE YOU SAD ABOUT THIS? Well, sort of. It's just... I didn't have a choice, and didn't realize I was gunna be working so much when my mother scammed me into it. Well. It's complicated. Anyways, my job was in, guess what,

RETAIL.

OH DEAR LORD. Now, I was hired as seasonal (a very important slave labour position, which entails me cleaning up and being asked questions by customers I can't answer!). It's a five or six hour shift, and not that bad, but my lazy body isn't used to being on my feet all day (that and it's my first job EVER). XD All I did was fold stuff. Mainly clothes. .-.
You know the most horrific place to clean up? MENS UNDERWEAR. There is a department which is sooo huge. I didn't know underwear came in so many brands! And by the end of the day, I was just. UGH. NO MORE MAN TORSOS, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD.
I liked cleaning up Olympic though. I love that stuff.

I don't know if I said this before, but my computer died, like a year and a half ago, I think. It toasted itself. The computer was named Precious. It was my base of operations. But luckily, we had recently gotten another computer. A shiny new vista named Plasma, my new child.
The good thing about Precious dying was that the hard drive was fine. So we bought a new box, named the new comp Frankenstein, and plugged in the old hard drive as a slave. This, uh, didn't go well. It keeps trying to boot off the slave. XD Because of this, and also because my sister took over Frankenstein, I couldn't get at all the art on there.

UNTIL CHRISTMAS! I got a lovely terabyte of external hard drive (which I am never going to fill up), and was all, HEY, WHY DON'T I PUT ALL MY STUFF FROM PRECIOUS ON THERE! So I did. And just now, I was going through the stuff.
Well, actually, I was going through old furcadia dreams.

THE MEMORIES. Oh my god, I remember hanging with Aki and wolf, and role playing endless fun in these things (especially those weird ones with luci. And the other weird ones with apoc. uhh... ). To see them again is wonderful. All those places I had built, and lost, restored to me. I should upload the old Elithria dream sometime. Or any of those other ones I chilled in.

Good times, good times.

p.s. I liked 2009. But I'm getting lots of journals that are all, 2009 YOU SUCKED. .-.
While I'm here, happy 2010! And happy holidays. Hope you had fun. I did. for some of it, anyways. XDXDXD
